SCOTT PAUL
Scott grew up in a subcontractor family and has been around construction his entire life. He earned a degree from The University of Florida’s School of Building Construction in 1999. He began his career working as a Project Manager for a large commercial contractor where he managed several commercial projects including AHCHA inspected hospital work and School board projects. His lifelong goal was to create and run his own business, so in 2005 he started S.E. Paul Construction. Being the sole proprietor, he engaged in selling, estimating, and managing small commercial and custom home projects. This company has since morphed into Jasper Construction. On the rare occasion that he is not working, he can be found on his back porch hanging out with his family or on a local lake enjoying his passion for fishing.
